| Encouraging
creation, the pipe has always been close to artists, poets and writers.
It give us an ideal atmosphere which can be in an office or out
on the streets, on the train or in the car, it does not matter where,
this special atmosphere, created by the pipe, will always bring
what we all look for : serenity.
A
lot of famous artists, phylosophes and scientists, all of them smokers
of pipe, always described a special characteristic of their pipes.
' While I'm smoking my pipe, I don't have to think' - wrote once
Schopen-hauer. In other words, it is not necessary to think because
thoughts come by themselves, we make no effort.
Where does this mysterious power of creation, which Apollinaire
or Rimbaud, Mark Twain or Günter grass, Van Gogh or Monet, Newton
or Einsten can testify , come from ?
Where do these energetic and therapeutic properties come from ?
The answer - according to some poets - is very simple : the pipe
feeds, cradles and appeases. It is a sweet illusion that makes us
all happy and satisfied.
Each of us has always searched for harmony and happiness in life.
The third millenium has just started and nothing has ever happened
to modify this way of living. Why not take your favorite pipe and
find yourself those precious moments ?

The
famous smokers of Pipe |
Serene,
calm, thoughtful are some characteristics of a pipe smoker, but also,
it is somebody who enjoys the pleasures of life; a good wine and a
dainty dish are 2 good examples.
As a smoker, the passionate of pipes takes this moment not only to
have pleasure of taste and smell, but also to consider his life.
The smoker of pipe understands that it is a special moment when he
lights his pipe. During this moment, he thinks about life, has pleasure
in taste and smell. This point of view is shared by a lot of artists,
thinkers and scientists, and also by politicians like Harold Wilson
or Edgar Faure that have found a balancing for their stressful life. |
